Not sure what it says about me, but I absolutely adore The Selvedge Yard. I guarantee you will lose several hours browsing through the posts. For someone like yours truly, with a overdeveloped penchant for nostalgia, it’s a real find.
There’s a collection of some amazing photos of 70’s California surf culture by Leroy Gannis. What I appreciate about these photos is the number of women in them that are surfing and riding skateboards and swimming – not just laying around in bikinis (although there is plenty of that, too, don’t worry.)
